Another variant of raita. Raita gives cooling effect to our body in summer. And it’s a good way to have vegetables raw, which you can have it. I have made this recipe simple, but you can add cumin powder and other vegetables like capsicum and tomato for a variation.
Onion Raita Recipe
INGREDIENTS
* I use slicer to slice onion thin.

After slicing onion, wash it under running water by pressing with hand.

Drain the water. Add all the ingredients and mix well.

Add more curd, if needed. Check for salt.
