Oats Surprise Recipe
Oats Surprise is prepared mainly with oats and semolina and filled with some chopped veggies, served with green chutney.
Oats is a 100 % whole grain. Usually, when a whole grain is processed to make refined flours and cereals, the outer layer and other parts which contain large quantities of vitamins, minerals and fibre, are removed from the grains leaving it much lower in nutrition compared to a whole grain.
Oats are one of the few well-known grains that almost never has its bran or germ got eliminated during processing. Oats are processed, only to get different textures and thus varies in cooking time.
