Gluten free Cabbage Pancake Recipe

This gluten-free cabbage pancake recipe calls for easily available ingredients and makes a great

breakfast option, especially when using up leftover cabbage. It can also be served as a snack or

a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

You can prepare this in two ways:

1.The classic pancake style—spread a tablespoon of batter onto a pan, cook it on both sides

until golden brown, and repeat the process until all the batter is used. This method gives you a

stack of pancakes.

2.The quicker method (my preferred way)—transfer the entire batter into a pan, spread it

evenly like cake batter, cook it on both sides, and then cut it into slices before serving. This

method saves time while still providing a healthy and delicious breakfast.
