Eggless Choco Brownie Recipe
Chocolate Brownie and Fudge was on my to-do list for a long time. At last, I made it, just a few months before. Not exactly, but I followed Sanjeev Kapoor’s Eggless Choco Brownierecipe. And it came out quite well, though I’m not sure how the perfect brownie be. I have always tasted brownies along with ice-creams, the one which you get in CCDs ( Cafe Coffee Day, if you don’t know what it is..).
I got the perfect cracks on top, which made it look like brownies., YAY!! YAY!!. Tastewise, it was a bit cakey, chewy and dense. And I really felt full after eating 2 pieces of it. Though, not a big fan of sweets, my husband is the one who had it the most. Reason; could be the choco flavour or was he hungry..???!!.. :))
While preparing the batter, I felt it was too dry and so I ended up adding 1/3 cup of additional milk. Also, I added a teaspoon of coffee powder to the original recipe, which actually enhances the taste of chocolate. And I do this to all the chocolate flavoured recipes.
OK..Let’s stop here. Already my mouth is drooling seeing all these photos. Let’s get into making it.
How to make Eggless chocolate brownie with step by step photos:

2. Then add powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, sieve flour and baking powder together. Add this flour mixture into the first bowl little at a time. Add milk and mix well using a spatula.
