1. Boil milk. Wash dates if in case it has any dirt or you can use right away.
2. Soak dates in enough boiled milk. Let it remain undisturbed till it cools down.
3. Blend dates well along with the milk in which it was soaked till you get a paste consistency.
4. Pour the remaining milk and blend.
5. Serve warm or chilled.

- 12 nos Pitted dates or deseeded
