Creamy Basa Fish Pasta Recipe

Pastas are kids all time favorite. With basic sauce and few vegetables cooked together, it can create yummy dishes. Though it’s li’l E’s favorite, I refrain from making it very often. As pastas are processed food, high in carb. However, there are whole grain pastas, which you should check before buying. You might benefit from these kinds.

This Basa Fish Pasta (OMG! it sounds so funny. Let me be clear, I’m not using ‘basa’ (in Hindi it means spoilt) fish here, but the fish name is BASA.) was made with whatever I had in my fridge ;).

Mainly prepared with marinated fish and salad vegetables. I had this marinated fish (basa) at hand, which I tried frying the previous day.

Somehow, we didn’t like the way it was cooked. So, thought of experimenting with pasta. And, hurray!!… I got the right combo. The fish marinated with a very generous amount of spices goes very well with pasta. I have tried adding mayonnaise too while marinating. So, it’s optional and upto you, whether you want to add or not. But, if you use mayonnaise, then no need to use oil for cooking onion and fish.I hope you too will like it. Do let me know if you try this.
