Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding Recipe

Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding recipe is an easy dessert prepared in no time with all the ingredients easily available in the pantry. The only sugar used for the recipe is honey. And so, we loved enjoying it along with a scoop of strawberry icecream to make up little more sweet. Try this and let me know, how it came out for you and share this with family and friends.

How to make Chocolate Banana Bread pudding with step by step photos:

  1. Mash all the bananas using a fork. Beat all the 3 eggs well in a seperate bowl.

2. Add the egg mixture to the mashed banana and add cinnamon powder, essence and milk. Mix well.

3. Add bread pieces and choco chips. Mix well and keep it aside for an hour. I added chocolate pieces instead of choco chips.

4. Transfer the mixture into a baking tray and bake @ 175 degree celsius for 20 minutes. Serve it chill along with ice cream.
