As summer is in full swing, welcoming mangoes, it would be unfair not to post this much loved Aamras recipe. So, sharing with you the simplest and minimalist dessert recipe.

Aamras orAmras, as called in Hindi, literally means ‘mango pulp’. It’s a popular dessert from North India. Served with chapati or puri during festive occasions as a breakfast. It can be simply sweetened and served or can be flavoured with ghee, kesar or milk.

 Other mango recipe:

       Mango Ice-Cream

I usually prepare it without adding milk to serve with poori or chapati and so the consistency would be thick. But, you can thin down the consistency by using more or less milk.
