Egg Mayonaise Sandwichrecipe is another sandwich recipe of my own.  This is a easy and quick recipe which calls for mixing up of all the ingredients and stuffing it in between sandwich breads. Sandwiches are always super easy to make and can be consumed at any time of the day. Though we mostly prefer to have it in breakfast.


Unlike any other sandwich, this is also very versatile. You can opt out of using any ingredients or add-in your own ingredients. So, lets see how I make this Egg Mayonaise Sandwich. How to make Egg Mayonaise Sandwich:

Boil the eggs. Deshell and chop it in small pieces.
Remove the excess of water from tomato and chop it small. Mix up all the ingredients  and taste for salt.
Spread butter on each bread slices. Spread the egg mixture on 2 bread slices at a time. Cover this with another 2 breads. Apply butter on top.
Place it on the Electric toasted and grill it for 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
Serve this as a breakfast or as a snack and even ideal for a quick and easy dinner. See the notes for any variations.

The mustard sauce can be replaced by the mayonaise. Just keep in mind that the mixture shouldnt be watery. It should right enough to hold everything well.
 
 

Egg Mayo Sandwich Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 7 minutes

Servings: 3-4 people

Measurements used:- 1 cup = 250 ml; 1 tbsp = 15 ml; 1 tsp = 5 ml

Ingredients:

3 no Eggs hard boiled
1 no small tomato deseeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp English Mustard Sauce
1 tbsp Mayonaise
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 pack Sandwitch bread

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs. Deshell it and chop it in small pieces.
